- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-returnable items include personalized or custom-made products and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Golf Gear Store.
